Colorado voters will decide Tuesday on a tax for marijuana, after becoming one of the first states to legalize recreational pot last year. Washington, the only other state in the U.S. that legalized recreational marijuana, passed a tax on consumers as part of its law. Like Colorado, Washington will allow people age 21 or older to possess up to 1 ounce of the drug.
