On January 10, while much of the state's cannabis community was focused on the launch of recreational sales, permanent rules for the recreational and medical marijuana industries were being quietly approved and put into effect by Colorado's Marijuana Enforcement Division. Most were unchanged from previous drafts, but cannabis concentrates for recreational use seem to have been the focus of a comprehensive set of new guidelines.
