One more marijuana retailer filed a license application in Grays Harbor since last week. Ocean Shores Hemp is listed as an official applicant in the latest data from the Washington State Liquor Control Board. The Ocean Shores business is the only retailer for the town that has applied so far to claim the single license available within city limits.
