The NAACP’s Board of Directors at a meeting last month passed a resolution in support of states who are legalizing marijuana for adult use, stating that the drug war is a bigger threat to blacks than cannabis. The group is now endorsing abipartisan Congressional bill that will let states set their own marijuana policies
